Haven Housing, a wholly owned subsidiary of privately held and Los Angeles based BH Properties, operates as an investment vehicle for the sole purpose of acquiring and preserving affordable and market rate multifamily communities throughout the western half of the United States. Formally launched in early 2025, Haven Housing now owns more than 4,000 units in 14 communities.

The Company is seeking an Asset Manager for a portfolio of both market-rate and affordable multifamily assets located throughout Texas with primary responsibility for strategic oversight and performance.
